This page is Annexure C to Deepvue’s [Terms of Service](/terms/) and forms an integral part of the Agreement. It lists the goods, services, and business categories (the **“Blacklisted Categories”**) that may not be served using the Services, whether directly or on behalf of a third party.

The Customer shall, at all times, only serve the usecases that it explicitly mentioned at the time of signing up and will not switch or add a new usecase without prior approval from Deepvue. For confirmation, the customer has agreed that it will not serve the following usecases at any point of time (Blacklisted Categories):

**Changing or adding a usecase needs prior approval.** If your usecase is not the one you declared at sign-up — or you are unsure whether it falls within a category below — write to [support@deepvue.ai](mailto:support@deepvue.ai) before you go live. Serving a Blacklisted Category is grounds for suspension of the Services under the Terms.

Items keep their number from the executed Annexure C, so numbering is not consecutive within a group — item 6 sits under Adult content, item 22 under Weapons. Numbers are never reused, and anything removed is listed under [Amendment history](#amendments).
